Refund Policy

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us, by email, within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund. Postage costs are non-refundable.

We are unable to refund any items that are simply no longer wanted only as we are unable to re-sell products once they have left our care.

Payments are to be processed prior to orders being dispatched.

Should the Customers order be cancelled or delayed Cannica LTD will make reasonable attempts to contact the Customer to explain the situation.

Condition of Use

Products sold by Cannica LTD may cause sedation or stimulation. Do not drive or operate dangerous machinery if you feel tired after taking these products. Please speak to your care provider if you have any concerns.

Products sold by Cannica LTD may conflict with your prescription medications. Please speak to your care provider if you have any concerns.

The suggested usage refers to adults only. Should you wish to give your child CBD products dosage should be much lower than the adult dose. Please speak to your care provider if you have any concerns.

Pricing

All prices found on the Cannica LTD website include VAT, postage and other relevant taxes imposed by the government.

Whilst the greatest of care has been taken to ensure all prices and information on our website and literature is correct, Cannica LTD does not guarantee all information is accurate or current.

Delivery Policy

FREE shipping – Royal Mail 1st class signed for service (Tracked and Signed). Usual delivery times are 3 – 5 days, however this may vary. Orders placed before 1pm will be sent same day (Monday to Friday only).
Special Delivery – Royal Mail Special delivery next day service (Fully Tracked and Signed). Usual delivery times are next day, however this may vary. Orders must placed before 1pm to arrive next day (Monday to Friday only).

Posting of orders is undertaken Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

International orders are sent Airmail Signed and Tracked. Expected delivery time is 7-21 days.

Cannica LTD does not take responsibility for any additional charges that may occur outside of the postage costs.

FSA CBD Advice

This is the FSA advice on CBD “Some scientific studies suggest CBD can affect the liver if taken at higher doses, but there have been very few studies. As a precaution, we recommend that healthy adults do not take more than 70mg a day, unless a doctor agrees more. This is about 28 drops of 5% CBD.”
