CBD responses are individual and there is no exact dosage. All our products come with these guidelines.
We suggest the following: Oil: Start with 1-2 drops 1-3 times a day under the tongue. Hold there for as long as possible before swallowing.
Water-soluble: 1-2 drops into a liquid of your choice, 1-3 times a day. Stir until fully dissolved and then drink.
Increase as required but not exceeding 200mg per day. When taking medication to leave a gap of 2 hours before or after CBD and consult your GP if you need further advice on current medication.
We provide FREE postage, all our orders are sent first class, signed for with Royal Mail which means, in most cases, parcels are delivered the following day. Our deliveries do need to be signed for so should you need to make alternative arrangements please contact us.
We recommend you keep the oil in a cool dark place such as a cupboard, when not in use.

Yes, CBD is legal in the UK.
No, CBD does have some uplifting effects but our products only contain traces of THC so you won't experience psychoactive effects.
Yes, all animals also have an endocannabinoid system, so the products can be used on them in the same way we use them on ourselves.
Please read the product information to ensure you’re not buying something that may cause a reaction. Some of our products do contain beeswax and coconut oil so there may be a chance of cross contamination.
The MHRA doesn't allow CBD sellers to advise on medical matters and rightly so as we aren't doctors. What we can advise on is our products strengths, ingredients and how to use them. Additionally, it is impossible to predict how each individual and individual conditions would respond to the products and what works for one may not for another. The endocannabinoid system interacts with the cannabinoids in cannabis and these responses can be very different depending on the person. We offer a range of products to cater for everyone and we do have the option to purchase samples, so you can try several options to find your best fit to help enhance your general wellbeing.
