Coronavirus (COVID-19) – CANNICA UPDATE

To all our valued customers.

In these uncertain times we wanted to let you know that we at Cannica are doing everything we can to ensure we are able to continue to provide our products to you all. We understand how much customers can depend on us and our products for their wellness more significantly in times such as these. Therefore, we are planning to continue to operate as normal for as long as possible.

We are now working from home so distribution shouldn’t be a problem however, our supply farms in Spain are facing lockdown so the supply could face some disruption although we do have plenty of stock in the UK at this present time.

Considering this ever changing situation we are not able to advise on any delivery times and at the moment we are still shipping all orders received by 2pm every day as normal. However, this may reduce to a bi-weekly posting service if the country is advised to lockdown further.

Royal Mail are implementing contingency plans to ensure continued operation and of their safety in delivering items. They have suspended the requirement of a signature on deliveries.

It would not be beyond the realms of imagination to envisage some kind of closure of our fulfilment activities as things continue to change but we will keep you informed. We will continue to take orders via our website regardless of any potential delays and will post them at the earliest possible time.

We understand the importance of our continued service to many of you and will not be hiking our prices up like many other companies are.
