Refund Policy

In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us, by email, within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund. Postage costs are non-refundable.

We are unable to refund any items that are simply no longer wanted only as we are unable to re-sell products once they have left our care.

The suggested usage refers to adults only. Should you wish to give your child CBD products dosage should be much lower than the adult dose. Please speak to your care provider if you have any concerns.

Delivery Policy

All our orders are sent via First class delivery and tracked.

Expected delivery time is 1-3 days.

All orders are posted same or next day, any delays due to Royal Mail and are out of our control.

Posting of orders is undertaken Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays.

International orders are sent Airmail Signed and Tracked. Expected delivery time is 7-21 days.
